Hello, Marine card ordered on 21 /11 received on 12 /12, while it should have arrived between 02 and 05 /12 and I needed it of course on those dates. When I called, the person on the phone gave me the impression that it was an oversight, she offered to reimburse me because I told her that the other people in the training had received it on time (ordered from competitors) and assured me that I would have it on the 11th, I went to the relay point, still not arrived. So I will not repeat the experience, because I am dissatisfied with the service and I am behind in my training. Sincerely

I specified a second time the size S on the order form that I sent you with my payment check. However, I received my order in size M, a sign of a bad follow-up by your services.
