I was very disappointed because after sending back the raincoat I had ordered, it was returned to me without explanation. I had to call and was told that the raincoat was full of mud when it was not even tried on and shipped back to the post office a few hours later. I just unfolded it and put it back in its packaging. When it was returned to me it was barely dirty on the right side. So that means I received an item that had already been returned by someone else and had been worn. I would never send back a dirty item.

My order seems to have taken a week to ship. Two days for transit! That's good 😏

The problem: cardboard box containing the boots in poor condition, obviously stored in a damp place and for a long time. I hope that the leather boots did not suffer from this storage. Impossible to make a gift package out of the box: un-presentable, worthy of an attic exit after several years. Too bad for a pair of boots to ***! For the rest RAS. ***

Hello, I am very disappointed to have received a Musto Gore tex offshore jacket for men, even though I had specified to *** with whom I finalized my order that I wanted to buy a WOMAN jacket. 2 OUT OF 3 PAINT CANS ARE VERY DAMAGED. However, no damage on the packaging.

On the site, cap marked in One Size, we have no choice of size. The cap delivered is a S /M. On the manufacturer's website, we have the choice between S /M and L /XL. I needed a L, the cup is too small. It would have been preferable that on the site they indicate S /M rather than One Size which is not the case.

I ordered an item in a color that was available on the site, which in fact was not available until April 2021. I got this information by calling because I did not see my package leave for shipment, order placed for more than a week. Another color was proposed to me that I accepted. Shipping delays not respected
