The maintenance is not reliable. It would have been better not to have a sticker put on the waxed (the size). At the very least, it would have been better to put it on the inside. Because I had a lot of fun removing the glue. Moreover, even packed there were already traces on the waxed (which is white), these are gone with soapy water ... but still!

The sales service is quite decent but it is at the level of delivery that I was strongly disappointed. Having taken a delivery of 24 /48h guaranteed, I expected to receive my bag in time. Despite a return within the deadline I still have not been reimbursed as the article is not available in another size. In these conditions, it is impossible to buy a garment by mail order!

I was very satisfied with the speed of processing and shipping of my order. Nevertheless I am very disappointed because the bag ordered is for a gift, but it does not correspond to the photos. It is the yellow Nano bag. It is indicated in small that the straps no longer exist. However, the person who will receive the gift had not seen it and was fooled by the photos. The return service being deplorable, (because my shipping costs are at my expense and the refund is not even provided), the person will receive a bag that he does not like and that costs a certain price. It would be wise to change the photos of the site too!

Although the article was available in size and color on the site it was not in reality, I was contacted to be informed and to know if I wanted another color or cancel my order. All this is not very serious

Hello, I have only congratulations to address to you for your management of the expedition of the ordered articles. On the other hand, I can't advise you enough to change your service provider for the said shipments: 12 hours for you to prepare and send the order, 9 days for the Post Office to send the parcel to the departmental dispatch (Isère) to finally discover that the parcel is misplaced and lost... Which ruins your overall rating. And it is so frequent with the post office, not to mention the announced delays which are systematically ignored. You ruin your image with such providers. Why don't you use UPS, DHL or other TNT which offer a level of quality that is close to yours .... Sincerely. ***

I then made two phone calls with no response for the moment to my request which is legitimate in the context of a product defect.

Item ordered and charged on 06/03/2017 and still not received!!!

Placed an order on February 22, was to be delivered within 48 hours. At D+1, it is noted on the site (my account tracking package) that my package has been put to the post (colissimo). At D+3 no delivery. By calling on the site I learn that my order was not sent they did not have in stock the material ordered!

Expensive products, shipment of my order not taken care of (damaged product) and answer of the customer service, which finally laughs at my remarks since it sends me as compensation the same discount as to all its customers (and for a purchase higher than 100!!)

Product received in a timely manner, however I am disappointed with the quality of the bag. The fact that the bag is folded and packed in its box, the one is marked as if there were already folds of wear. This is not the first waterproof bag I've owned. The plastic is too stiff and I think this one will wear out quickly. Thank you for your help.
