The sales service is quite decent but it is at the level of delivery that I was strongly disappointed. Having taken a delivery of 24 /48h guaranteed, I expected to receive my bag in time. But it took about ten days, and the bag was not even delivered to the right address. This delay forced me to borrow a bag from friends who ended up with mine that they had to send back to my current address... at their own expense.

On 1 /8 /2017 I ordered by internet a long marine isofarmer in size L (i.e. one size less than my usual size according to the advice of Guy Cotten) that I received very quickly on 4 /8 /2017 but it is still too big. I would like to exchange it for an identical item in SIZE M. On the phone I was first told that I would be emailed a return label and since then no news: I have received nothing and I can no longer reach Picksea by phone.
