Very good service. I would have liked to have small goodies (stickers, magazines, candies,...) in the packages but very happy anyway!

Very disappointing. The product (40 mm long flat calipers) is announced in stock but the order is sent only after 4 weeks. Without any news, I had to contact myself to get information and understand what was going on: waiting for the supplier. I absolutely needed it for the Christmas vacations. I was right to anticipate my purchase in November... Moreover, for an unknown reason, the package was not delivered to the requested relay point. Last surprise: when I finally get my order back, I notice that the flat stirrups are not the size I ordered (50 mm instead of 40 mm). Very long delays, unsolicited information, modified delivery, non-compliant order: full marks! Usually I never put reviews (positive or negative) but this is out of the ordinary enough to deserve it.

Correct order taking, mention of stock, etc. .... It's after that it spoils! Link to the carrier : zero Answers to customer messages on the site ; several days delay.... Muddy explanation.... Lost product Refund proposal on December 24: not before January 31 because the accountant is on vacation! Are you sure you want to do a satisfaction survey? !!!! Do competitive intelligence instead.....

I would not rate the delay in delivery as I attribute it to the current strikes. I did not rate 5 stars because I had a hard time getting information about this delivery delay. The package tracking was not activated. As a customer, I like to be kept informed of delays without having to ask. The product itself deserves a rating of 5. Thank you. With my best regards.

Hello, Marine card ordered on 21 /11 received on 12 /12, while it should have arrived between 02 and 05 /12 and I needed it of course on those dates. When I called, the person on the phone gave me the impression that it was an oversight, she offered to reimburse me because I told her that the other people in the training had received it on time (ordered from competitors) and assured me that I would have it on the 11th, I went to the relay point, still not arrived. So I will not repeat the experience, because I am dissatisfied with the service and I am behind in my training. Sincerely

The delivered suit is of very good quality, easy to put on and take off alone. The only complaint is that it is not the model presented on the website. In the future, it would be important to warn the customers before or at the time of the delivery, because it would avoid messages of complaint as I could do it. ***

I placed an order in early November, by phone, in the morning, for a Guy Cotten suit in size M. I called back in the afternoon and the lady I contacted recorded the change to size S on her computer. I specified a second time the size S on the order form that I sent you with my payment check. However, I received my order in size M, a sign of a bad follow-up by your services. Result: it cost me *** euros of forwarding expenses!

Product meets my expectations. Customer service easily reachable, attentive and responsive. I remove one star because of a small problem of delay due apparently to a delay of the supplier and also for the bad choice of the packaging, which was not adapted to the product. Indeed, as it is a long eye needle, it would have been better to pack it in a rigid cardboard box, rather than a soft plastic envelope, because the needle was twisted when it arrived. This is not surprising when you know how "delicate" the deliverymen are when they handle the packages.....

I placed an order on October 28, and paid an additional shipping charge of *** for express delivery on October 30. We are on November 12 and I still have nothing! despite several calls and a new shipment of my order on October 6 for delivery on October 8. The carrier says he came to my home: false, I did not move all day, and warns me on the 9th of his delivery at a partner shop in a town near here (and after having, initially, indicated to have given me the shipment in person!) I am outraged and furious. Advice: bring up the problem of the delivery driver *** to TNT, change the carrier ? ( *** ?) On the other hand, it is annoying to get the number *** and a voice mail when you do the *** to contact the company. You really have to insist that someone answers.

Quality and choice of products sold.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. It protects well from the rain even in heavy downpours. It is comfortable and the price/quality ratio is excellent. On the other hand the delivery was very fast.

The product I ordered is not the one I received. I ordered the Pezl carabiner clip which, on the site, was in its old version and in yellow/gold color. However, I received the new one, orange in color and without the same properties. I was looking for this specific product and the new one, which was sent to me, does not meet my expectations at all.
