I never received my package sent by colissimo. Although I received a notice of deposit in my mailbox, I did not find it inside. I have not had any response from colissimo despite 3 reminders made via their online form. I don't know what to do anymore.

I was very disappointed because after sending back the raincoat I had ordered, it was returned to me without explanation. I had to call and was told that the raincoat was full of mud when it was not even tried on and shipped back to the post office a few hours later. I just unfolded it and put it back in its packaging. When it was returned to me it was barely dirty on the right side. So that means I received an item that had already been returned by someone else and had been worn. I would never send back a dirty item.

Hello, I am very disappointed to have received a Musto Gore tex offshore jacket for men, even though I had specified to *** with whom I finalized my order that I wanted to buy a WOMAN jacket. I have to bring my daughter to whom I would like to give this Christmas gift, so that she can try this jacket before possibly returning it to you. When I received the parcel, I phoned Picksea, I explained the problem to a person who introduced herself as the accountant and who told me that women often choose the men's model to be more comfortable and that in any case the supplier will not be able to send women's jackets to Picksea until spring 2022! Who are we kidding? In summary: I paid for more than *** a jacket that does not correspond to my request, I have to move my daughter to try the gift she should have received at Christmas (so missed for the surprise) and no one responsible at Picksea to find a solution to their error.
