I am satisfied with the material, the way of delivery, but I am not satisfied with the digital system of the purchase-very complicated to change some figures at the end before paying-that's why it was necessary to send back 2 healthy systems of the training for the high seas license keeping only 1 of the 3 arrive in the package if one could change just in little bit the programming of your system to give to the customer the chance to correct the figures at the end before paying

I am satisfied with the services of Picksea with one small downside. The delivery was delayed due to the absence of the desired color for the product (Go pack waterproof backpack). Three weeks after the order, following a phone call from me, I was offered a similar color which I accepted. I think that this proposal could have been made earlier by Picksea but as I was offered the shipping costs, the note 4 / 5 seems fair to me.
