I ordered in May after the end of the containment and delivery in mid-August after many calls to come to the news of the follow-up of my order. Of course we can understand that the delays are more important this year, but to have to wait 3 months and not have any customer follow up is not very correct. I have a business myself and when I have a difficulty, I always warn the customer and keep him informed. It is the least I can do!

I ordered a life jacket for my autistic son. The item was in stock and I paid for the delivery in 24 hours. I did not receive the vest I ordered but another model, I had the delivery in 72h. You won't get any gesture or refund without begging for it. The offer was tempting, the response to my order was quick.
