On 1 /8 /2017 I ordered by internet a long marine isofarmer in size L (i.e. one size less than my usual size according to the advice of Guy Cotten) that I received very quickly on 4 /8 /2017 but it is still too big. I would like to exchange it for an identical item in SIZE M. On the phone I was first told that I would be emailed a return label and since then no news: I have received nothing and I can no longer reach Picksea by phone. How and where do I return the item that is too big to receive a long isofarmer marine oilskin SIZE M in exchange? I am missing this raincoat because it would be very useful in Nomandie. Despite a return within the deadline I still have not been reimbursed as the article is not available in another size. In these conditions, it is impossible to buy a garment by mail order!

I was very satisfied with the speed of processing and shipping of my order. Nevertheless I am very disappointed because the bag ordered is for a gift, but it does not correspond to the photos. It is the yellow Nano bag. It is indicated in small that the straps no longer exist. However, the person who will receive the gift had not seen it and was fooled by the photos. The return service being deplorable, (because my shipping costs are at my expense and the refund is not even provided), the person will receive a bag that he does not like and that costs a certain price. It would be wise to change the photos of the site too!

I am very disappointed the product is defective, it does not work! The finishes are not representative of the price! I strongly advise against it!

lack of reactivity to the mail during a complaint due to a defect of a product. I sent an e-mail with photos showing the defect of the product. this e-mail had no answer. I then made two phone calls with no response for the moment to my request which is legitimate in the context of a product defect.

I have not been delivered yet!!!!

Item ordered and charged on 06/03/2017 and still not received!!!

Placed an order on February 22, was to be delivered within 48 hours. At D+1, it is noted on the site (my account tracking package) that my package has been put to the post (colissimo). At D+3 no delivery. By calling on the site I learn that my order was not sent they did not have in stock the material ordered!

Expensive products, shipment of my order not taken care of (damaged product) and answer of the customer service, which finally laughs at my remarks since it sends me as compensation the same discount as to all its customers (and for a purchase higher than 100!!)

for the bags ordered, they look good - we'll see with use but for the delivery, not great: I received mail and sms to tell me that the delivery would take place on December 19th between 10:35 and 11:35... no news of the day... and in the evening, programming of the delivery in a relay point to end up being delivered at home this morning! Other than that, nice delivery guy!

Size does not correspond to anything

Picksea is not to blame, it is a problem of transport and delivery by Chronopost. With the person of the Point Relais, we discovered together that the parcel was opened and that one of the two objects was missing (content = 2 bags in their blister). I am waiting for the return of the complete order. Thank you very much.

I bought a waterproof bag for about ***euros (***euros on the website, and about ***euros in the store of ***. VERY DISAPPOINTED by the quality of the bags (except for 1 brand, transparent and very rigid bag). Indeed, I was in Greenland this summer during 15 days to make sea kayak in autonomy with YOUR bags NOT AT ALL WATERPROOF, I had to double them all with garbage bags... toà was a hell to manage during 15 days! I know perfectly how to close them, the other members of my group have checked my way of closing, it comes from the bags.

For a fast, unsatisfactory shipment and every other jacket with a big problem. Not very serious!

I order a product, in restocking, which I am certified that it will be available within 10 days.as expected the time passes and I learn that it will not be available, I am offered another much uglier, I take because I am stuck by time.I take a look at the site: the initial product is still on sale with still the guarantee of restocking within 10 days. And of course no commercial gesture for the inconvenience! So no I am not satisfied,***.

Incorrect tracking of the order: after placing the order and taking the bank transfer, the Picksea website displayed a notice of shipment by the Post Office... which was not followed by a delivery! After a week of waiting and a little investigation it turned out that the package had not been sent. I was able to cancel my order and get my money back. I do not recommend using the Picksea website until this company has shown some improvement in their logistics.

The package has not arrived for 15 days

Delivery without problems. Waterproof case for iPhone 6 certainly effective, BUT the touch screen is annoyed by the thickness of the plastic and its shine makes it difficult to take pictures. Disappointed by this product which is too expensive for such a poor result. I do not recommend it.

I am not happy. I did not receive the product I ordered but a similar product that I would not have bought if I had known. I decided to keep it because I don't want to get into endless discussions with PickSea, I opened the product, I didn't see the problem right away...

Too bad, I ordered an item.... that they didn't have in stock, even though it was displayed in stock!

Delivery arrived late, reason given by this site not valid because other sites with orders made later have delivered in time and more with a free delivery method

Poor delivery service

I am extremely dissatisfied. I ordered a PS 10 waterproof bag and I received an empty envelope (just the delivery note). I tried to contact them several times on the phone without success always the answering machine!!!! I left a message that is still unanswered. I don't recommend this site to anyone.

No telephone contact possible. Delivery arrived too late. We are very disappointed with the service.

Color error for ordered deck shoes. I received black ones, I had ordered white ones. Unacceptable.

the system of maintenance of the lamp is really not terrible, with the least bump on the road it moves and the lighting becomes ineffective, I do not recommend this product, nothing is worth a traditional lighting

The product was not delivered Picksea, after my complaint, admitted that the product was not available.... The order was cancelled... A big shame because it was a birthday gift that could not be given. Picksea charged the order amount (qchbettdi) on 38 /07 /2015. received collissimo opened with 1 article missing I sent an Email to picksea to prevent it and still no answer it is not for the damage (10) but for the deaf ear that I will not recommend more on this site

Very good as far as order processing and delivery times are concerned. But this is useless when you have bought a product that is not suitable because you did not have the correct information and suitable and sufficient photos. I received a product that did not fit normally compared to the usual sizes, this was not reported. In order not to lose the 17 in A-R shipping, I reordered in a smaller size. But I will never buy from this unreliable site again. I am very dissatisfied.

I was particularly disappointed by the fact that they refused to give me a free return for an exchange of an item that actually cost less than 150 when I ordered for more than 400 on this site. This is a lack of commercial sense. I will not recommend this site.

The service is good but the pictures don't really reflect the products. My order is not what I expected but too bad for me
