I love buying from Picksea. One always expects reliability, quality and service. Only one thing to say about my last purchase. It's a pity that the pocket was made in an inverted model with a fastener in the corner because it will tear quickly. Otherwise perfect and classy.

- Delivery cancelled at the 1st appointment; without importance, but I was warned the same morning by MAIL and SMS, thus a little late because I could have been absent. - At the 2nd appointment, the package arrived in good condition, on the day and within the time announced. RAS! I was also warned by mail and SMS the same morning, but after the package arrived... - Afternoon deliveries would be very welcome. Placed an order on February 22, was to be delivered within 48 hours. At D+1, it is noted on the site (my account tracking package) that my package has been put to the post (colissimo). At D+3 no delivery. By calling on the site I learn that my order was not sent they did not have in stock the material ordered!

Product received in a timely manner, however I am disappointed with the quality of the bag. The fact that the bag is folded and packed in its box, the one is marked as if there were already folds of wear. This is not the first waterproof bag I've owned. The plastic is too stiff and I think this one will wear out quickly. Thank you for your help.
