Hello, I am indeed satisfied with Picksea. Your page is very nice. That said. Small criticism on the communication. The update of the catalog is certainly complicated or even impossible depending on the number of suppliers. But the information transmitted to the customer must be accurate and fast. To be more precise, when a customer orders 2 items, one of which is unavailable in the end, and he still receives the unavailable one but not the other, there is a communication problem. Well, it happens and I would continue to buy from picksea because the team seems very nice. No hard feelings, but if you want to improve something it's this one.

I placed an order on October 28, and paid an additional shipping charge of *** for express delivery on October 30. We are on November 12 and I still have nothing! despite several calls and a new shipment of my order on October 6 for delivery on October 8. The carrier says he came to my home: false, I did not move all day, and warns me on the 9th of his delivery at a partner shop in a town near here (and after having, initially, indicated to have given me the shipment in person!) I am outraged and furious. Advice: bring up the problem of the delivery driver *** to TNT, change the carrier ? ( *** ?)
