The delivery time was respected and the packaging was impeccable. The only problem I had was the name of my city that I had to rewrite twice. I must admit that I feel uncomfortable with computer questionnaires where the corrections (and even the answers) to be made are not at all obvious...it may be a question of age!

I am not satisfied at the moment; there is a delay for my order which has still not arrived. The exchanges with the customer service are rare or non-existent.
