The first order was not really satisfactory because the order was reversed: inside the package which was in my name was an article destined for someone else. To save time in this Christmas period I proposed to Picksea to exchange the package with the other recipient who lives in the same town as me. After the exchange which took a few days I found that the item chosen was too big so I asked Picksea to exchange it but by the time I sent the item back by registered mail, Christmas would be over...because the supplier is closed between Christmas and New Year's Day.

Picksea is not to blame, it is a problem of transport and delivery by Chronopost. With the person of the Point Relais, we discovered together that the parcel was opened and that one of the two objects was missing (content = 2 bags in their blister). The bag purchased is a gift. I paid 2 euros for a gift wrapping and big disappointment when I received the package! I will have to make another one. The paper is an old paper reused for my bag. The paper is damaged on the whole surface. Moreover it arrives torn at the ends. On the other hand, the delivery company is professional. Delivered on time.
