I ordered a month ago, received the order confirmation email right away but since then it's been radio silence... I have not received my order, nor any email indicating that it has been sent. So they could have waited until I received it to send me this satisfaction questionnaire!

Delivered with a lot of delay, order placed on 21 /01 /2014, email announcing me a delivery for 30 /01. Account debited the next day. No email from customer service to tell me the delay. Package sent only on 7 /02 and received on 13 /02. Can do better in terms of responsiveness.

I had to be delivered of my order before January 11 (order of a 727 pouch, well before Christmas!!) and I have no news, since I ordered on the 727 site other objects that I received in 3 days! It is the non-respect of the deadline that is unacceptable, what have I to gain by going through you? Is my order lost?
