The delivery is fast!

Fast delivery of the package, corresponds well to our expectations. Very satisfactory. Quality product.

6 weeks to receive my order. No information from picksea. The least they can do is to inform the customer.

I placed an order on October 28, and paid an additional shipping charge of *** for express delivery on October 30. We are on November 12 and I still have nothing! despite several calls and a new shipment of my order on October 6 for delivery on October 8. The carrier says he came to my home: false, I did not move all day, and warns me on the 9th of his delivery at a partner shop in a town near here (and after having, initially, indicated to have given me the shipment in person!) I am outraged and furious. Advice: bring up the problem of the delivery driver *** to TNT, change the carrier ? ( *** ?) On the other hand, it is annoying to get the number *** and a voice mail when you do the *** to contact the company. You really have to insist that someone answers.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. It protects well from the rain even in heavy downpours. It is comfortable and the price/quality ratio is excellent. On the other hand the delivery was very fast.

The product I ordered is not the one I received. I ordered the Pezl carabiner clip which, on the site, was in its old version and in yellow/gold color. However, I received the new one, orange in color and without the same properties. I was looking for this specific product and the new one, which was sent to me, does not meet my expectations at all.

Perfect product and good quality. On the other hand I paid for a home delivery, I was at home all day and the delivery men never came. I had to pick up the package myself at a relay point 30 minutes away from my home (on foot because my car was broken down). I find this unacceptable.

I received quite quickly the 23 /aoÅ"t and as soon as I receive the package I realize that it does not suit me, I return it within the hour with the return form as indicated in the package and shipping costs of *** at my expense in collissimo .SO, I paid twice for transport for an unfortunate thing to ***, total cost *** . The next time I buy from a small merchant near me. Since then I have no news from this site or anyone else, nor refund, my consumer association will be notified when I return from vacation. It is certain that on *** the problem would already be settled. It is all the same regrettable that the example comes from America.
