Ordered on 05/20/2014 and still not received today 06/12/2014. Disappointed.

Fast delivery. Product conforms to expectations.

1st bad point: the ordered article was in stock on the site. A few days later it was put in restocking. So I received it too late (after the week of Porquerolles for which I had ordered it). 2nd bad point: it arrived stained by the link of the SLAM label and the equivalent of the Italian size was too small. 3rd bad point: no label or return sheet was provided to me, I hope it works anyway.

Delivery in store very appreciated, with a pleasant reception. I had to change my purchase because of a size problem. The seller informed me that he would let me know when he would receive my article, which he did not do. I had to call back, too bad.

The material ordered was in accordance with the order, and delivered in a correct time.

I was satisfied with my order. I was delivered very quickly but the bag I purchased was missing a strap. I contacted customer service by phone, it went very well and they sent the strap back to me a few weeks later, which is a little long. So I take away one star for that.
