After receiving an item, I realized that the item did not correspond to the description on the website. There was a problem of dimension. After calling the after-sales service to explain the problem, the seller told me that there was nothing he could do and that it was the fault of his supplier. He did not want to take charge of the return costs for a product that did not conform to the description. For me it will be the 1st and last time I order on this site. Not at all commercial!

After ordering online, I did not receive any information for 3 weeks. I called to inquire and was told that the supplier had not yet sent the package, but that it should arrive the following week. That the supplier is late is understandable, but not being informed of the delay by email or text is unacceptable! I even wondered if the order had been registered.
