Hello, Very dissatisfied order of 3 bags only 1 received.

I was not able to take over my Picksea account with the *** address and I had to recreate an account. The shipping time is a bit long but the products are great.

I sent you a message 15 days ago to be reimbursed and I still haven't had an answer

Very disappointing. The product (40 mm long flat calipers) is announced in stock but the order is sent only after 4 weeks. Without any news, I had to contact myself to get information and understand what was going on: waiting for the supplier. I absolutely needed it for the Christmas vacations. I was right to anticipate my purchase in November... Moreover, for an unknown reason, the package was not delivered to the requested relay point. Last surprise: when I finally get my order back, I notice that the flat stirrups are not the size I ordered (50 mm instead of 40 mm). Very long delays, unsolicited information, modified delivery, non-compliant order: full marks! Usually I never put reviews (positive or negative) but this is out of the ordinary enough to deserve it.

I would not rate the delay in delivery as I attribute it to the current strikes. I did not rate 5 stars because I had a hard time getting information about this delivery delay. The delivered suit is of very good quality, easy to put on and take off alone. The only complaint is that it is not the model presented on the website. Product meets my expectations. Customer service easily reachable, attentive and responsive. I remove one star because of a small problem of delay due apparently to a delay of the supplier and also for the bad choice of the packaging, which was not adapted to the product. Indeed, as it is a long eye needle, it would have been better to pack it in a rigid cardboard box, rather than a soft plastic envelope, because the needle was twisted when it arrived. This is not surprising when you know how "delicate" the deliverymen are when they handle the packages.....
