My package arrived in good condition and complete but for the rods a more rigid protection is needed.

Receipt of the order much later than announced (order on November 20th, receipt on December 9th, that is to say 19 days....). The delays were however a factor of choice for this order... No problem with the product itself, which I am very satisfied with.

Good - last purchase a bit chaotic - product displayed did not exist (loading error in the data?) but quick return of not available.

Hello, I find that the soap is good, I made a mistake in the size of gloves, I had another product in very good time. n.b: too bad that we can not supply for the sewing (tip, needles ...)

I am very satisfied with the product ordered, and following a change in my order, I particularly appreciated the fact that I was contacted for a very precise follow-up. I remain however more reserved on the option of gift wrap that you propose. Indeed, this one deserved a little more attention, and the little note that was supposed to accompany the gift, represented by a simple manuscript in an unmarked envelope, also disappointed me a little. To tell the truth, I could have done it myself. In the end, I am very happy with the speed of shipping, and especially with the product itself, whose originality is obvious.
