I ordered in May after the end of the containment and delivery in mid-August after many calls to come to the news of the follow-up of my order. Of course we can understand that the delays are more important this year, but to have to wait 3 months and not have any customer follow up is not very correct. I have a business myself and when I have a difficulty, I always warn the customer and keep him informed. It is the least I can do!

The offer was tempting, the response to my order was quick. The delivery was scheduled for July 17 and I had not seen this before ordering. I probably would not have ordered it if I had seen this delivery date before validating my order. However, the delivery can take place a few days after my order well before July 17 so very good surprise!

Fast order processing and fast delivery too. It was great! Customer service on the phone was also very professional. However, the order of 3 trolleys was shipped in 2 times. So I had to pay twice the customs clearance fee (***)... It was not cool. I don't know if it's related but at the same time I received a fake email from chronopost asking me to pay shipping fees. I almost fell for it, it was very well done. Fortunately I received the notice from the Post Office at that time and did not pay the requested amount. Best regards! ***
