Speed between order and delivery

Hello, I am satisfied with the service, speed of execution, good organization until delivery, availability during our telephone conversation, I appreciated being informed at each step. A small drawback for the wax I chose because I thought it would be thicker given the information on the site, especially since the explanatory note attached to the wax did not indicate the same weight of coating (480g on the site and the note 280g). But I was told that it was not the right notice. So I just have to test it......

Only one drawback, it's a pity that the possibility to order an article is not better synchronized with your stock. This would avoid having to contact the customer again for changes. On the other hand, your intervention for this fact was very professional.

Clear site, easy navigation. Clear invoicing. Shipment quite fast (one week between order and shipment), reception within the estimated time, under envelope with bubble paper; top, although the edges are not protected enough: in case of rain (as these times), possibility of degradation of the parcel by the sides following tear of the envelope). Fortunately, nothing serious !!! Extremely instructive cards, made with a resistant paper and protected from water projections (I tested it!!!). All in all, excellent transaction. My only real regret: not to have seen before validating the order the clause for 100 of purchase, 10% discount. My order was at 3 of the floor...
