Hello, it's been more than 8 days since I placed my order and you specify a delivery within a week, which is not the case. it wouldn't be serious if you kept your customers informed with a little email. worried, I called last night and a lady answered that I would have an email next week to get an answer. No information on the progress of my order. I had to complain on the FB page to get a contact. Unacceptable delivery time (11 days from my purchase to shipping) (may be justified but not explained). For a 1st purchase I am very disappointed
