Very satisfied with your products as usual. Much less with the TNT carrier. I had chosen this type of delivery because of an order a little late before Christmas. My package was supposed to arrive on the 24th /12. I received a message on the morning of the 24th indicating that the delivery could not be made due to the absence of the recipient, which is perfectly false as I had not left my home during the day. I then received a message indicating delivery in a relay point in which I went twice without success. I finally discovered 2 days later that it had been delivered in another relay point. This kind of mishap seems to happen regularly when you choose this unreliable carrier.

order placed on 18/11 with promise of delivery before 15/12. Message to warn of a delay in supply expected for 21/12. Calls to follow .... nothing until the 24th when I go to the place = still not arrived this 24/12
