Satisfied with the goods sent, nothing to complain about! On the other hand, I was very surprised to have to pay again ***.- Swiss francs to receive this package! It seems to me that the shipping costs were in addition to the goods, that I understand, but these ***.- Frs remained in my throat! In the future, I will inform myself properly before buying abroad !!!

Perfect product and good quality. On the other hand I paid for a home delivery, I was at home all day and the delivery men never came. I had to pick up the package myself at a relay point 30 minutes away from my home (on foot because my car was broken down). I find this unacceptable.

My item arrived a day ahead of schedule. Carefully packaged. What I really appreciated is to be able to have it delivered to the office, so I don't have to be stuck at home waiting for the delivery man! Everything was very good. I recommend it.

The delivery time was respected and the packaging was impeccable. The only problem I had was the name of my city that I had to rewrite twice. I must admit that I feel uncomfortable with computer questionnaires where the corrections (and even the answers) to be made are not at all obvious...it may be a question of age!
