On the other hand, I can't advise you enough to change your service provider for the said shipments: 12 hours for you to prepare and send the order, 9 days for the Post Office to send the parcel to the departmental dispatch (Isère) to finally discover that the parcel is misplaced and lost... Which ruins your overall rating. And it is so frequent with the post office, not to mention the announced delays which are systematically ignored. You ruin your image with such providers. Why don't you use UPS, DHL or other TNT which offer a level of quality that is close to yours .... Sincerely. ***
