Satisfied with the goods sent, nothing to complain about! On the other hand, I was very surprised to have to pay again ***.- Swiss francs to receive this package! Perfect product and good quality. On the other hand I paid for a home delivery, I was at home all day and the delivery men never came. I had to pick up the package myself at a relay point 30 minutes away from my home (on foot because my car was broken down). I find this unacceptable.

The two books I ordered arrived in a large cardboard envelope that was very damaged: it's a miracle that the books themselves were not damaged. Apart from that, the service was correct (deadlines were respected) and the price was interesting.
