I ordered an item in a color that was available on the site, which in fact was not available until April 2021. I got this information by calling because I did not see my package leave for shipment, order placed for more than a week. Another color was proposed to me that I accepted. The shipment was made the next day. Nothing serious in the absolute except that the process was carried out by the customer when the opposite would have been desirable.
