The person I dealt with at Picksea is perfect. She is friendly and available and does her job extremely well. She goes out of her way to solve problems. It is rare to deal with such conscientious people. It is unfortunate, however, that Picksea's supplier used a very unsavory carrier. He refused to assemble the washing machine I bought and when I unpacked it, it was damaged and out of order. The matter is still not resolved and Picksea should put pressure on this supplier to change the carrier.
