you can easily cancel an item, too bad that shipping is no longer free from a certain amount. When you ask a question by email, you get a response very quickly.

Hello delay too long for gas refill

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
You did not order a gas refill from us.
Your order concerns a water pump body tube.
It was shipped 5 days after your order, as we had to order the part from our supplier, in accordance with what we displayed on our site.
Best regards,
The Boat Parts Team.

Hello
The choice of parts is good, the delivery time is still a bit long! And delivery in two parts is not great especially spaced out by 1 day! Twice the sending relays!
Otherwise good hence the score of 4

I had taken the liberty of calling customer service to get a delivery time for a part of an Evinrude engine ordered by my mechanic over a month ago from another supplier.
The phone reception was perfect, the order was validated immediately and the part arrived quickly.
Thank you for your kindness and responsiveness.
Don't change anything.
