The store consistently delivers on reliable delivery and accurate parts, with many reviews noting fast shipping and parts arriving on time, and parts matching what was ordered. Customers highlight helpful and responsive service, including professional communication and thorough advice, contributing to smooth purchases and timely reception. The wide selection of spare parts and easy-to-find items stand out, along with strong packaging and good value for money in several positive mentions. Overall, experience is characterized by efficiency, accuracy, and dependable support from the team.
I only received part of the order (a complete water pump kit). When I claimed the rest, they wanted to charge me for it, claiming it was included in the lot when it wasn't; Paypal resolved the issue.

Good but not all parts are available. To find another gasket (for the same carburetors), I have to either call or send an email to the technical service. Best regards

For an order placed and paid since November 7, 2018, for which I was assured that delivery would be at the latest by November 20. To this day, I still have not been delivered and without any explanation if I had inquired on November 19; by phone. Being a boat rental company, I intended to work regularly with you, I had already prepared another order but I think I will look elsewhere. Regards.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Sir,
We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, we took care to inform you directly that the HELICE "BLACK MAX" MERCURY MARINER 40 TO 125hp 13-1/4X17 reference 77350A45 required a restocking from the Mercury factory which brought the availability of the item to our warehouses to November 20. We want to clarify this notion because it is not possible for us to estimate a delivery time in the DOM-TOM given the customs delay.
Mercury, from whom we are delivered every day, finally delivered us on November 22. To avoid any accumulation of delays, we decided to ship this item strictly the same day to your address in Martinique.
All our shipments benefit from tracking that allows you to be informed in real-time of the location of your package.
Unfortunately, we do not control the customs delays in the DOM-TOM which are very variable.
Our team that managed your package is at your complete disposal to offer you a commercial gesture to compensate for the delay and to count you among our more than 22,000 clients.
We hope to have done everything to satisfy you, once again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Sincerely,
The Pièces Bateaux team.
