Good site, serious but the delivery by DPD left something to be desired. The package was handed over to them after two days (a bit long) but the journey between several platforms takes a day each time... moreover, they note that the delivery could not be made while the package has arrived. Unusual for DPD and this can give a bad image of the seller.

I was given a link for the ordered part results, I am missing some parts knowing that it was well notified kit on the site, I hope they will do what is necessary because at that price it is shameful to see that.

We informed you on June 22 that due to a global cyber attack on Mercury, it was not possible for us to provide you with Mercury belts.
We offered you alternative belts that we sent to you on June 26. You were free to refuse our proposal but you accepted it. We would have refunded you then.
Mercury is not a manufacturer of belts, the products sent meet all the same quality criteria. Mercury services are now operational. If you wish to exchange or refund, you can return the belts in their original packaging.
