The store consistently delivers on reliable delivery and accurate parts, with many reviews noting fast shipping and parts arriving on time, and parts matching what was ordered. Customers highlight helpful and responsive service, including professional communication and thorough advice, contributing to smooth purchases and timely reception. The wide selection of spare parts and easy-to-find items stand out, along with strong packaging and good value for money in several positive mentions. Overall, experience is characterized by efficiency, accuracy, and dependable support from the team.
One major dissatisfaction is the delivery method. Delivery by Colissimo is far too long: order placed on the 14th and delivered on the 22nd. Moreover, delivery against signature requires being present at home. This blocked me for 2 days of leave. Not cool. This provider should be avoided.

Phone service OK, but I was guaranteed receipt of the package within J+2/4 max, J+7 still nothing... A bit long... Is the DPD carrier at fault? Late handover of the package to the carrier? I don't know, in any case, I chose this site because it seemed faster than the others...

Hello,
You ordered an original part knowing the price.
Original manufacturer parts are unfortunately always more expensive.
We take your comment into account to try to find another more competitive replacement product.
Best regards.

Hello, your order from 1/8 afternoon was shipped on 2/8. We did everything necessary to ship your order as quickly as possible. Here is the information we have: On 4/8 the carrier was unable to deliver to the chosen pickup point. On 7/8 the pickup point refused the package. On 10/8 the package was redelivered to a pickup point. You picked up the package on 11/8. It seems there was a problem with the pickup point. We will ask the carrier for more information. Best regards.

Good site, serious but the delivery by DPD left something to be desired. The package was handed over to them after two days (a bit long) but the journey between several platforms takes a day each time... moreover, they note that the delivery could not be made while the package has arrived. Unusual for DPD and this can give a bad image of the seller.

The part arrived incomplete and therefore unusable in its state. The response from the site, "I inform the supplier" Since it is American, we are not likely to get a response soon.

I was given a link for the ordered part results, I am missing some parts knowing that it was well notified kit on the site, I hope they will do what is necessary because at that price it is shameful to see that.

Please clarify the problem. You ordered a parts kit that is delivered in a sealed package by the manufacturer. Upon opening, you notice that some parts are missing. We informed you that we will file a complaint with the manufacturer. It can happen that products are non-compliant. Thank you for moderating your remarks.

Hello,
Can you explain the problem to us?
You ordered the thermostat 14586.
If you have indeed received the thermostat 14586, it is not a delivery issue but a reference choice issue.
In this case, please provide us with all the information about your engine (brand, power, and serial number). We will then provide you with the reference of the thermostat corresponding to your engine.
Best regards.
