We have displayed on our site since December 12 that no orders would be processed after December 16 and that our services would resume from January 3.
You placed your order on December 18. This information was also sent to you with the automatic confirmation of your order. We therefore processed your order on January 3 as planned. It was indicated on our site that the supply time for the part was 5 days.

The seals you ordered had a supply delay of 5 days. Currently, there are indeed some delays with manufacturers at the end of the year, and we received your seals in 10 days.

The removal key you ordered is usable with the trim cylinders used by different manufacturers. But there are different possible keys. The dimensions of the hole spacing are clearly specified on the product sheet so that you can check against your needs. You ordered the 38mm, but there is also the 35mm and the 32mm.

The shipping and delivery are not up to your company. I chose home delivery and paid for it: DPD didn't even bother to come to my house (video doorbell as proof) and delivered directly to a relay point 10km from my home.
I just picked up the package, it was very damaged. In particular, the packaging of the SUZUKI DF9.9 to DF70 thermostat was crushed and this fragile and expensive part (€70) was lying among the other items. As this is a safety element of the engine, I would appreciate its exchange by Piecesbateaux.com
