Hello, following your message we contacted the carrier because the list of pickup points is not managed at our level but by a national network. We were informed that the package could not be delivered to the initial pickup point because it was unavailable. It is possible that some relays are in the process of ceasing activity or are under contract termination but still appear on the list, as there is a processing and update delay. A notice of suffering has been sent to the relay unit to schedule a new delivery to another available pickup point. The package was therefore delivered on 03/05.
