Order blocked with the carrier for 3 days for a strange reason. According to them, the site no longer works with the chosen pickup relay. More troublesome, product ordered of very poor quality (outboard motor circuit breaker).

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello, following your message we contacted the carrier because the list of pickup points is not managed at our level but by a national network. We were informed that the package could not be delivered to the initial pickup point because it was unavailable. It is possible that some relays are in the process of ceasing activity or are under contract termination but still appear on the list, as there is a processing and update delay. A notice of suffering has been sent to the relay unit to schedule a new delivery to another available pickup point. The package was therefore delivered on 03/05. Regarding the quality of the product you mentioned, we are surprised as we have never received any negative feedback on this part. Remaining at your service, best regards, The Boat Parts Team.

After receiving my order, I noticed that something was missing or it was added, but it was not the original parts for the engine that were supposed to arrive, so I managed to find other used parts and not the 9 that I received, so I was missing a gasket and a spring, so I will never order from you again, thank you.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
We are contacting you following the receipt of your order.
We are surprised that you left a negative review without contacting us beforehand. Because we always seek to find solutions in case of a problem.
In your review, you indicate that the received parts are not original.
This is correct and it was clearly stated on our site as all items are listed with their brand. These thermostat kits do not exist as such in original.
You also indicate that you were missing parts.
After verification, all the parts you ordered were indeed shipped.
If you were missing something, or if a part was not suitable, you should not hesitate to contact us and send us photos.
We remain at your service if you need us.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team

Very good. But shipping and carrier could be cheaper and more flexible. Mondial Relay rather than Colissimo.

All the parts I bought for my outboard motor (gasket; fuel filter; oils etc...) fit perfectly to my motor, it's great and fast delivery, ordered at the beginning of the week and delivered at the end.
Great, I hope it will be the same for my other orders

Easy to find what you want. I find that it lacks product details (ref, quality, origin). Very serious because after ordering they asked me for the serial number of my engine to be sure to send me the right parts. Incredible for me, I loved it.
