Please note that the delays on original parts can sometimes be very long and we are dependent on the manufacturers. Some references are not even stocked in Europe and come directly from the country of origin.
Regarding the delivery, we contacted the carrier who informed us: "The recipient being absent and unreachable on 24.11, the package was delivered to a relay point due to the new procedure"
