The parts you ordered are not just scraps of metal but carburetor jets. We are lucky to still find these parts which are intended for old engines. Otherwise, we would have to specifically machine these parts, and they would be even more expensive.

When a product is unavailable, we systematically contact our customers to inform them.
In your case, there was an oversight and we apologize for that.
Regarding lubricants, we have decided to gradually replace the Bardahl oil range with those offered by Total. We assure you that Total products are of equivalent or even superior quality.
As for the price, it is a coincidence that the price is slightly lower today. We regularly update our lubricant prices, as they fluctuate like all petroleum products.

In your case, we are sorry that the packaging did not meet your expectations. However, we are regularly praised by our customers for the quality of protection of our products. If you received the products in perfect condition, isn't that the main thing?
Regarding the packaging box, being in an eco-responsible approach, we reuse the boxes received from our suppliers when they are in good condition. Thus, it is possible that you received a box in the name of a motorist, but we believe it is more responsible to act this way than to throw these boxes away and reuse new ones.
