Error in the order, 8 mm pipe delivered instead of 6 mm. It can happen, no problem. But not making the exchange right away, waiting several days before being able to receive the correct product.... too bad.

Sir, Thank you for your comment, our customers' feedback is valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis. In your case, it was a packaging error at the factory during manufacturing with incorrect labeling at the factory. The error was not detectable unless opening the packaging of the item and measuring the diameter difference of 2mm. After internal checks, we immediately notified the defect to the factory. We proceeded to send the pipe of the correct diameter (8mm) in our best delays which took a total of a few additional days compared to your initial order. Hello, even though we proposed to return the order, I find it unfortunate for a web sales site not to have contractual photos. The water pump kit does not include the key while it is clearly visible in the photo. Whether it's a fault of the supplier or not, it's not my problem. I strongly encourage you to include contractual photos to avoid frustrating and putting customers who expect a complete kit (... with key...) for a planned intervention in a difficult situation.
