PERFECT WELCOME. Chaotic delivery; three delivery notices announced and postponed without the possibility of rescheduling despite a phone call to the carrier.
Only one fixing screw in the opened bag.... how many at the start.

You are quick to deliver the items the only downside is when an item is unavailable for whatever reason it should be displayed in the catalog it has been more than two months since I placed the order and it is unacceptable

Hello,
We regret that you were not satisfied with your order.
Your order from Saturday, March 23 was processed on Monday, March 25.
The water pump kit ordered was not available at the time of your order.
We kept you informed of the manufacturer's delay.
Your order was shipped as soon as we received the kit, namely on April 17.
It is still positive to have been able to provide you with a complete water pump kit for an engine from 1984, as most parts have been removed from manufacturers' programs.
We remain at your service.
Best regards.

Hello,
We regret that you were not satisfied.
We never communicate a delivery date, only the shipping date, as we do not control the delivery times and the uncertainties of transport.
Your order was shipped on April 17.
90% of orders are delivered within 48 hours, but it happens that carriers experience disruptions.
We remain at your service.

correct delivery well packaged, the case is far from worth the price asked for the plastic hardware very sensitive breaks easily, the cables do not correspond to the motors on the kit, yet sold by them, and finally the ordered items are not taken back if they do not correspond to what you need I am very disappointed with this order.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your order.
Regarding the quality of the case, we have never had negative feedback on this product.
It remains a low-cost control case, all other cases are 2 to 3 times more expensive.
But we take your remark into consideration, it is true that in general products are getting more and more expensive.
Regarding the cables, we do not understand the problem. You ordered Mercury 600A cables which means first generation.
These cables are perfectly compatible with this case, and on the motor side they are compatible with all Mercury motors requiring this type of cables. Perhaps you have a motor requiring cables with threaded ends. In that case, if you still have the original boxes of the cables, please contact us for an exchange.
Remaining at your service.
Best regards.

Hello, I am a bit disappointed because the delivery person did not come to my home but left a notice in the mailbox, and on top of that, the customs fees I had to pay are excessive: over 184.00 euros, which makes me reluctant to order from you again; really sorry.
Translated reviews
Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello, We are not responsible for tax rates. Your order was billed excluding taxes from us. Please note that the customs fees you paid are still lower than the French VAT of 20% which would have been 266 Euros in your case. We remain at your service.
