Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
There are more than 60 references of contact keys at Mercury.
We keep the most common in stock, and some need to be ordered.
You placed the order on 8/10 and it was shipped on 14/10.
Considering the weekend, the delay seems acceptable.
Best regards,
The Boat Parts Team.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
Your order from September 29 was shipped on October 1.
An email is automatically sent to each customer with the tracking link for their parcel.
It is not possible for us to track all customer parcels.
After researching with DPD, your parcel was declared lost by their delivery services.
We have reordered a new part from Mercury, which will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
We remain at your complete disposal.
Best regards.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
You placed the order on 6/10. Your order was shipped on 8/10.
Given the current tense context with high pressure on the availability of materials and complicated logistics, this delay could rather be qualified as fast.
Best regards.

Total satisfaction, package compliant and very well packaged, received 5 days after the order. Too bad the manual is in English, but that's a detail.
