Product OK and customer service (Anaïs) very friendly, however, there was a big delay for my order placed on August 29. Product marked "In Stock" at the time of my order but that was not the case. Received my order on September 28 after a partial shipment on September 18.

We thank you for your comment, our customers' feedback is valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, we took care to inform you directly that the 2 desired references required restocking from the Mercury factory.
Indeed, our items are marked "available within the limits of stock" and in case of a shortage, we systematically inform our customers.
To speed things up, we delivered in 2 packages as soon as we received the available item and we offered you a commercial gesture to compensate for the delay.

The description does not specify that the bowl gasket and the needle valve are only provided in one copy, while the gaskets towards the cylinder head are provided for the 2 double body carburetors.
