Always as good. They are reachable and available to discuss a choice or modify an order. Prices are very competitive compared to cardboard-pushing shops

The first package received was not the right one. But the team was very responsive and quickly sent the correct part. So apart from a delay issue (the correct part arrived quite late) the service is top. I will reorder on piecesbateaux.com

Site offering many items (parts, accessories...), well priced and fast delivery. Only downside, the shipping cost is too high.

Too long delays 8 days instead of 48 hours planned and missing item in the order
and especially no delivery note in the order

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Sir,
Following our phone conversation today, we thank you for your comment as our customers' opinions are valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, 1 product (antifouling) was no longer available in the desired packaging. Reason for the delay. Our customer manager took care to inform you.
Regarding the missing item, it was a preparation error on our part.
We had obviously taken care to resend the missing item to you.
Hoping to have done everything for your satisfaction and we apologize again for the inconvenience caused.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.
