The store consistently delivers on reliable delivery and accurate parts, with many reviews noting fast shipping and parts arriving on time, and parts matching what was ordered. Customers highlight helpful and responsive service, including professional communication and thorough advice, contributing to smooth purchases and timely reception. The wide selection of spare parts and easy-to-find items stand out, along with strong packaging and good value for money in several positive mentions. Overall, experience is characterized by efficiency, accuracy, and dependable support from the team.
Order placed Wednesday morning, following a phone call to validate the correspondence of my part with the mechanic (very good welcome and validation of the part before ordering on the site).
Receipt of the part on Friday of the same week. That is 3 days after the order.
Nothing to say except: top service!

Site is OK, customer service is average. They do not issue B2B Invoice without VAT for EU based business customers.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Dear Sir, We are following up your comment about VAT-free invoicing for EU professionals. You're right. But our current system does not allow us today to invoice without VAT. However, the invoice is issued with the correct VAT rate for your country, enabling you to reclaim the VAT like any other invoice. We will be upgrading our site shortly to solve this problem. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. Remaining at your service, Best regards,
P
