Regarding the quality of the case, we have never had negative feedback on this product.
It remains a low-cost control case, all other cases are 2 to 3 times more expensive.
But we take your remark into consideration, it is true that in general products are getting more and more expensive.
Regarding the cables, we do not understand the problem. You ordered Mercury 600A cables which means first generation.
These cables are perfectly compatible with this case, and on the motor side they are compatible with all Mercury motors requiring this type of cables. Perhaps you have a motor requiring cables with threaded ends. In that case, if you still have the original boxes of the cables, please contact us for an exchange.

In case you may not know, your engine is manufactured by TOHATSU. These are the same parts 100% coming from the same factory. Only the label on the product is different.

I ordered a part on August 22, 2023.

The payment was immediate.
And my part just arrived (on October 17, 2023).
Then I was explained that they have no stock on site and depend on the manufacturer and its availability.
