I regret to note that their business practices are more than questionable. The images provided as illustrations of the product do not correspond to what they actually deliver; if you order original parts, they deliver the white product version. (supposedly you did not specify). but at the price of the original! Then if you are not satisfied, they offer you a €5 voucher for your next purchase, this way they can get you a second time. Never again!!

Spent a long time on the site to really find the right reference for my Yamaha 40Q engine. I only found the gaskets for the turbine housing and the thermostat gasket. Otherwise, the rest seems perfect.

As of 21/05/2019, it has been a month since my engine has been opened and I am waiting for a very basic part (water pump), I have been sent the wrong model twice and I am accused of not having provided the engine numbers, which has been done several times. Anyway, Anaïs is responsive by email but in the end for not much and I advise you not to call the technical service, they just give you the runaround and ask you to send an email that the technician will not read.

The error was not detectable unless opening the packaging of the item and measuring the diameter difference of 2mm. After internal checks, we immediately notified the defect to the factory. We proceeded to send the pipe of the correct diameter (8mm) in our best delays which took a total of a few additional days compared to your initial order. Hello, even though we proposed to return the order, I find it unfortunate for a web sales site not to have contractual photos. The water pump kit does not include the key while it is clearly visible in the photo. Whether it's a fault of the supplier or not, it's not my problem. I strongly encourage you to include contractual photos to avoid frustrating and putting customers who expect a complete kit (... with key...) for a planned intervention in a difficult situation.

In the case of your order, it is a spark plug wrench that we regularly sell. So far, customers who have purchased this item are satisfied. As it is a mechanical key, we do not understand how this material could break, especially since a spark plug must be screwed in by hand until it contacts, then use the key for a light torque (and without leverage)
In the case of a break during loosening, significant resistance is abnormal, and the use of a penetrating oil is recommended.
In any case, using the tool until its breakage (for the installation/removal of a spark plug) shows that something else is at play.
