I regret to note that their business practices are more than questionable. The images provided as illustrations of the product do not correspond to what they actually deliver; if you order original parts, they deliver the white product version. (supposedly you did not specify). but at the price of the original! Then if you are not satisfied, they offer you a €5 voucher for your next purchase, this way they can get you a second time. Never again!!

We are official MERCURY distributors and therefore always prioritize QUICKSILVER products. However, it happens that the factory has too long delays. To avoid penalizing our customers, we ship them a SIERRA product. Indeed, it may happen that we deliver, for example, SIERRA filters, but this is only for timing reasons. For your information, the price proposed for our QUICKSILVER products is based on the SIERRA price. Our customers are therefore winners and not losers as you think. We offered you a voucher because it seemed simpler to proceed this way. But we could have proceeded with an exchange.
