Sir, We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis. In the case of your order, some items took a long time to supply due to the internal reorganization of the Mercury factory. This created significant delays in deliveries. We source directly from the factory to offer you attractive prices. We have sent the items ready to be shipped and we took care to inform you in writing about these unexpected delays, giving you the option of a refund if necessary. The missing items were shipped separately. We naturally covered the additional transport costs. We hope we have done everything to satisfy you, once again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, The Boat Parts Team.

Very long delivery time. Not to mention that I received the order in two parts. Worse still, the type 33c cable I ordered is not at all a type 33c cable...

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 23/02/2018

Sir,
We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis.
In your case, wanting to deliver to you as quickly as possible, we delivered the references ready for shipment, then the rest afterwards. We had taken care to inform you in advance of the shipment in several parts.
Regarding the item "type 33c cable", after verification, according to our technical sheets, stock referencing, our preparation and delivery notes: it would indeed be a "type 33c", we have requested a verification from the factory. Nevertheless, upon your report, we fully refunded you, leaving you the item. We trust our customers.
We hope we have done everything to satisfy you, once again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Sincerely,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

Sir,
We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, one of the items "Mercury Mariner Thermostat 2.5 to 6hp (4 stroke) ref 804540" took a long time to supply due to the reorganization of the Mercury factory. This created significant delays on our side.
We sent the items ready to be shipped and we took care to inform you in writing regarding these unexpected delays, leaving you the possibility of a refund if necessary.
As for the missing item, it was shipped last week and correctly received by you. All accompanied by real-time tracking of the order's progress, available either from your customer area or from the Colissimo carrier's area.
We hope we have done everything to satisfy you, once again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Sincerely,
The Pièces Bateaux team.
