everything went well with technical assistance for someone like me who knows nothing; Only downside, once paid, I was told that the parts were no longer available at Quicksilver and that they would send Sierra Marine!! Small concern but fortunately the parts were correct

Hello, very disappointed to receive only one imitation Volvo part. On your site at the order, your exhaust elbow had the original Volvo number engraved 833583. When I received the ordered part, the number does not appear. Why? The ordered part is not the same as that on the site???

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 26/03/2023

Hello, We are sorry that you misinterpreted the product sheet description. The part you ordered is clearly indicated as a distributor brand on our site. It is not specified at all that it was an original part, from Volvo brand. We confirm that it is 100% compatible with reference 833583. This part has been sold to many customers who were completely satisfied with this product. Remaining at your service, Best regards, The Pièces Bateaux team.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 11/03/2023

Hello,
We sincerely apologize for the delay of your order from February 13 shipped on March 7, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain original BRP parts.
We are dependent on the manufacturers' timelines and this can be very complicated for certain references, particularly with BRP. The only positive point is that we can still order original parts as more and more references are simply removed from the after-sales program.
We remain at your service,
Best regards,
The Boat Parts Team.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 23/02/2023

Hello,
You placed an order on 05/02.
Your order was shipped on 07/02 and delivered to a pickup point on 09/02.
You contacted us because the maintenance kit was delivered with Sierra Premium oil instead of Quicksilver. Please note that Quicksilver is currently out of stock on this oil until April.
Sierra oil is of 100% quality equivalent to Quicksilver, which is why we automatically make the replacement.
We offered to make an exchange (last email on 14/02) and we did not receive a response from you.
We remain at your service,
Best regards,
The Boat Parts Team.

Delivery was a bit awaited. Causes?: holidays! It seems that the stocks are not on the 'boat parts' site, but with suppliers, so in case of holidays, we wait a bit too long.
