All the parts I bought for my outboard motor (gasket; fuel filter; oils etc...) fit perfectly to my motor, it's great and fast delivery, ordered at the beginning of the week and delivered at the end.
Great, I hope it will be the same for my other orders

Easy to find what you want. I find that it lacks product details (ref, quality, origin). Very serious because after ordering they asked me for the serial number of my engine to be sure to send me the right parts. Incredible for me, I loved it.

4 stars for the quality of the part which is original, it could have had 5 but I found that there was a lack of seriousness due to the fact that they sell parts they do not have in stock, they do it drop by drop and for the delivery time, it does not make you want to order from them.

First order and very disappointed, I ordered two seals, one for the seawater pump and the other for the bearing seal, neither of them is suitable for seawater, they are really not worth their price.
Moreover, regarding the shipping costs for a weight of 190g, my order could have been shipped by post to my mailbox instead of going to a relay point.
And to conclude, the merchant does not have stock, I received my order eight days later..

Sir,
We do not understand your opinion.
First of all, all our suppliers are professionals in the boating industry.
The seals we provided you are compliant with manufacturer standards and perfectly suited for marine use.
Thousands of seals are supplied by this supplier for marine use.
On what technical basis can you assert that they are not suitable?
If they do not meet your expectations, you can always return the seals to us and they will be refunded.
Regarding the delay, it was specified on each product sheet on our site that the supply time for these references is 5 days. Therefore, the processing time of your order is perfectly compliant.
Finally, regarding the pickup point, you yourself chose this option.
You could have chosen home delivery.
Your rating seems completely unjustified to us.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 07/02/2022

Hello, We are following up on your review. We are sorry that the delay did not meet your expectations but would like to provide you with some clarifications. We informed you on 01/18 of the availability of the reference in our premises during the week of 01/24 to 01/28. We finally received the part on 02/02 and it was sent to you the same day. Regarding original parts, manufacturers communicate very poorly about delays. If the part is delayed we are not informed. Concerning Johnson-Evinrude parts, it is already positive to still be able to obtain parts, as these will gradually be removed since the manufacturer has stopped producing engines. Remaining at your service, Best regards, The Boat Parts Team.
