Order placed at the beginning of April for a product indicated in stock. At the end of May I still have not received the pump. After several requests for information where I am told 15 days of additional delay each time, I am still waiting. No commercial gesture or proposal for an equivalent product, just a refund proposal. I remind you that it has been 8 weeks of waiting so I am not satisfied, nor with the responses provided.

We offered you a refund because it is our standard procedure as soon as a product is not available.

However, we would like to inform you that it was not specified on our site that the gasket kit you ordered was available in stock. On the contrary, a availability time was specified. We ordered the gaskets from Yamaha and are dependent on their timeline.

The status of your order is also accessible from your customer account. After verification, we see that your package has not yet been delivered to this day.
