Regarding your order, it was shipped in 2 parts because we informed you that some items were temporarily unavailable from the manufacturers. We shipped the first part of your order on 17/12/20 and the balance on 13/01/21. You could have canceled all or part of your order if the delays did not suit you.
Regarding your comment about the parts that would not fit, you never contacted us for a return request. Please contact us to explain the problem in more detail and we will find a solution.

After ordering my parts, I received them more than 3 weeks later? Just for drain plugs for the lower unit and engine for 5 HP motors. Don't be in a hurry and especially if they had given me their delivery time I wouldn't have ordered from them.
